5VS and 8VS Adjustable Speed Sheaves - QD™ From heavy-duty sheaves built to haul your heavy loads to light-duty sheaves designed for your vehicle’s drive system, and multi-duty sheaves for every application in between, Gates designs a wide range of versatile, high performance sheaves to keep your belt drive system running smooth. Each sheave is precision manufactured to ensure the perfect fit, and can be completely customized to your belt system with Gates Made-To-Order metals. Use with Super HC® 5V and 8V or Super HC® Molded Notched 5VX and 8VX V-belts. Capacities range up to 500 hp at 1750 rpm. Interchangeable bushings More HP per inch face width No corrosion or sticking and no lubrication required.
